Obstacle Flow Class
Applying your Ninja skills
All of Ninja Nation's classes are designed to bring out a ninja's full potential. They're for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.
Obstacle Flow Class gives students the ability to apply skills learned Balance and Agility, Climbing and Grip, and Skills classes to an obstacle course. The goal is to take you skills with each individual obstacle and put them together into a course run, focusing on efficiency and strategy.
Class starts with a warmup, with stretches and exercises to get the body moving and ready for action. Then, ninjas will work on each obstacle of a ninja warrior course individually, getting comfortable with each one in isolation. Next, we put it all together and start course runs!
The first goal is completing the whole thing, and the second is doing it as quickly as possible. Ninjas get multiple runs, trying to improve as much as possible on their first attempts. Class ends with a cool down and stretching.
