With three progressive levels – HIT 1, HIT 2, and HIT 3 – this program is tailored to meet kids where they are and guide them to reach new heights. Our Favorite Airbag Obstacle!

If you walk into our arena, you can't miss our airbag. It's the biggest feature in our gym! We have airbags so that ninjas can take big falls safely. It lets us have obstacles where you can really launch yourself, getting as much air as you want. There's no better obstacle for big air than the Swoop Slider!

The Swoop Slider is one of our most popular obstacles! It's for every level. Whether it's your first time in a ninja gym or you're an elite ninja warrior competitor, you can find great challenges just right for you on this obstacle! Kids love riding down onto the airbag, and if they fall, no worries! They still land on the same airbag! If you have a Birthday Party at Ninja Nation, you can expect to spend some time on the Swoop Slider.

A Ninja Nation Mobile Event at your School

What happens at your mobile event?

A Ninja Nation Mobile event is a great way for a community to try ninja warrior for the first time. Our courses are fun for all ages and abilities, from kids who've never stepped on an obstacle in their lives to pro ninjas. They test balance, agility, and strength for ninjas of any level. They come with a huge variety of obstacles, like t rapeze bars, trampolines, rings, cargo nets, a warped wall , and more! A mobile course is the perfect way for a big group of people to try out a ninja warrior course in a fun, safe environment.

Our course sets up in two and a half hours, tears down in an hour and a half, and you get six hours in between to have as much fun with it as possible! It can fit into any space and onto any surface: Concrete, wooden gym floors, grassy fields, even snow!

Our courses cater to all kinds of events, from fundraisers to festivals to corporate team building. We can cater to whatever you need!

A Ninja Nation Mobile course is perfect for a school field day event or fundraiser. We can adapt a course for any level from kindergarten through college, including something for special needs students. You can have a full course, or different stations for different levels or grades. Many of our coaches have experience in our gyms, so they're great with kids! The course is the perfect way to fundraise. You can sell a chance to run it, and use the proceeds for your school. Kids and parents will love the experience!

Applying your Ninja skills

All of Ninja Nation's classes are designed to bring out a ninja's full potential. They're for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.

Obstacle Flow Class gives students the ability to apply skills learned Balance and Agility , Climbing and Grip , and Skills classes to an obstacle course. The goal is to take you skills with each individual obstacle and put them together into a course run, focusing on efficiency and strategy.

Class starts with a warmup, with stretches and exercises to get the body moving and ready for action. Then, ninjas will work on each obstacle of a ninja warrior course individually, getting comfortable with each one in isolation. Next, we put it all together and start course runs!

The first goal is completing the whole thing, and the second is doing it as quickly as possible. Ninjas get multiple runs, trying to improve as much as possible on their first attempts. Class ends with a cool down and stretching.

Obstacle Flow class is a great way for kids and adults to test and improve their skill with obstacle courses! If you've taken other classes with us, this is the way to see how much you've learned.

Adult Ninja Training

A new offering for our adult ninjas!

Adult Ninja Training is something that started in our Frisco location, and we were super excited to bring it to Centennial this winter!

This is a time after our regular hours when only ninjas aged 18 and up are allowed on the arena floor. Adult training is supervised by a coach, who will often set up a ninja warrior course, but it’s also an opportunity for open gym without worrying about dodging classes or kids. It’s a great time to get in some training! If you want to master the salmon ladder or another ninja skill, adult night is the perfect time! Our coaches won’t be teaching classes or working on achievements with kids, they are there for the adults!

W e have Adult nights every other Thursday, after Ninja Night . If you’re 18 or older, bring your ninja shoes and a water bottle, and get ready for some great training and a great time!

The flagship arena is located just north of Denver in Lafayette, with state of the art equipment and developmental programming that empowers everyone to become their own Super Hero!

Founded by Colorado entrepreneur, Wayne Cavanaugh, Ninja Nation brings the arena experience to life and makes the sport of obstacle racing accessible to all ages and skill levels.
